AcromaPro’s Speedo Dual-Cure UV Products
Post catalyzed, acid & radiation curing clear coatings for stained or natural woods.  For optimum stackability, these Speedo Clear coatings are designed to use a dual cure mechanism to cure under both heat and UV exposure.  The UV-curable portion of the product gives a finish that is quick-curing and has excellent stackability.

AcromaPro’s Uvett
When looking for a roll-coat UV system, the Uvett Sealer UF5439 and Uvett Ultimo UM5143 topcoat combine to make an outstanding solvent-free finishing system. The 100% solids sealer delivers good fill, and is easy to sand.

This coating provides a finished surface which is extremely scratch and chemical resistant, all the while leaving a silky smooth feel. Both the sealer and topcoat are formaldehyde-free and HAPs-free.

Aqualight™ Clear Waterborne UV is a unique monomer-free combination of UV and water-based technologies, helping finishers meet even the most stringent environmental regulations. It offers efficient application process with quick flash-off time.

ICA Group
ICA Group’s R&D laboratory’s ongoing research conducted in state-of-the-art technical solutions have made it possible to formulate acrylic, polyester and polyacrylic UV coating products that are able to comply with the most stringent application and instrumental tests.  In addition, these products provide a tangible response to clients’ requirements for high levels of quality and productivity and low levels of solvent emissions into the atmosphere.

Current UV products range from polyester and polyacrylic UV coatings, acrylic UV coatings, and water-based UV coatings.  The latest products from ICA Group include: high solid content water-based UV base coat; water-based gloss UV coatings for spray and curtain-coater application; polishable acrylic gloss UV coatings for roller, spray and curtain-coater application; UV coatings for the inert coating system; UV coatings for edges and borders; UV on-site coatings; and coatings for drying with LED lamps.
